David and the team at the Thomasville NC Trailers branch were extremely easy to work with. They do not abide by the normal pressure sales tactics. The first questions asked are "Do you have an idea what you are looking for or are we starting from scratch?" They provided all options, but were not looking to upsell. It was evident that they are more concerned with getting customers what they want, for the use case they need, and the price they are comfortable with. It is less sales and more listening and responding.
Shancie made the financing very smooth, relaying all options but again not trying to upsell. If we said we didn't need it or had questions she was patient and understanding. Tammy on the registration took what we were saying and acted.
Even on the hookup to bring everything home, Christian made sure we understood the hows and whys behind how he suggested we hooked up. I've towed plenty, but he still made sure all questions and clarifications were answered. I wouldn't be surprised if he treated someone who has never towed before and someone who has towed for 50+ years the exact same.
Nothing about this experience was pressured, robotic, or frustrating. They made the process from initial inquiry to final signoff smooth and comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend NC Trailers to anyone in the market.

We had a fantastic experience with NC Trailers from the first phone call all the way through pulling out of the yard with our new trailer.
We were in a bit of a bind after one of our other equipment trailers snapped an axle, and NC Trailers made the entire process incredibly easy. Jocelyn was great from the very beginning, helping me understand what they had available and walking me through pricing and options. David took it from there on the sales side, answered all of my questions, and made getting the paperwork handled quick and painless.
Tammy made the DMV, title, and warranty paperwork extremely easy, and when I arrived, Noah and Christian already had the trailer sitting right up front waiting for me. They went through the safety features, made sure everything was right, helped get me hooked up, and had me ready to go.
From the time I pulled into the yard until I was back on the road was probably 30 minutes.
Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. It was one of those purchases where every person you interact with seems to know exactly what they’re doing and genuinely wants to help.
We’re very excited about our new Nolan 24-foot bumper-pull deckover, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from NC Trailers again or recommend them to anyone looking for a trailer. Great people and a great experience from start to finish.
