Rubber Suspension: Has a progressive spring rate proportional to the load size. Will support loads at maximum capacity without bottoming out, reducing shocks transferred to the trailer. Has been in use for 10 years on Air Tows.
Air suspension (Upgrade) : This type of suspension uses a pressurized air bag and automatically adjust air pressure to adjust for your loads weight. Has been in use on vehicle systems for forty years and has been proven to provide the smoothest ride of any known suspension system.
Swing Arm Axles: Mounted with tapered roller bearings which means you'll have no plastic guides or spring bushings that will need to be replaced.
Radial Tires: More expensive, higher quality tires which increases your trailers lifespan. Tires come balanced.
Extra-Wide Deck: Some of the Air Tow Trailers are 6ft or 72" wide. We also sell 75" wide deck trailers allowing you to load a variety of different types of cargo & equipment.
Steel Deck Plate: 3/16" steel diamond plate is standard. Provides a sturdy deck without warping.
D-Rings: Most trailers have four heavy duty D-Rings on each side of the deck.
Remote Control: Makes raising and lowering your trailer a breeze. Just press up or down and the deck will move smoothly in the desired direction. Takes less than 30 seconds.
Power & Storage Compartment: Includes 12V motor, hydraulic pump & tank, 12V deep cycle battery, remote control, anti-theft switch, and one 10" deep compartment for storage.
LED Lighting: State of the art rubber and flushed mounted lights.
Adjustable Coupler: Trailers come standard with 5-position coupler channel allowing you be flexible in your towing height.
Adjustable Chains: Allowing you to keep them from hanging too low and dragging on the ground.
Fenderless: Tires are completely covered and located within the trailer frame. This means no worrying about replacing fenders or having them protrude outwards.
Heavy Duty Jack: Has a quick-adjust drop down leg, solid base plate, and 5,000-10,000 lb capacity.
